Cimarron at Steamboat was developed by Jon Peddie Real Estate, a highly respected local Steamboat developer, designed by Eric Smith of Denver and built by Thor Construction. The main timbers for the homes were specially hewn and trucked from Idaho. The construction includes the modern, energy efficient “cold roof” design, which is why you don’t see icicles hanging from the roof in the winter.
