Location, location, location! All you need is close by!
1939 Cimarron Circle is less than 1,000ft from the Gondola base, and there’s a footpath that will take you round the back of the home across Après Ski way in right to the ski school assembly area. But you don’t need to! During ski season and at other times of the year, because shuttles are avaialble to and from the Gondola / mountain base area for Cimarron guests, and your ride from the front door takes a couple of minutes. For more infomation on the Steamboat mountain, click on this link Steamboat Mountain (which will take you to an external site)and also check out the "Local Area" tab on the left, which has more information and links.

Walk or ride shuttle or drive
Plus Steamboat City runs a comprehensive bus service and it too is free! There’s a City bus stop very close by on Apres Ski Way. There are instructions in the home as to how to get to reach of these transportation options.
There is a well stocked grocery store less than 100 yards away, and there are many restaurants and shops around the ski base area, all within walking distance. But if you need to drive, there’s a two car garage on the main floor, with heated floor and driveway for the winter.
River and bike trails
In the summer, there’s great access to the biking and river trails nearby, and you can head either up the mountain, or down the valley (towards Steamboat down town).
Maps and Directions.
There are always local Steamboat Springs Maps and guide available when you are arrive. If you are looking for driving direction or a satellite view on the web, the address is 1939 Cimarron Circle, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. As of December 2011, we are still not showing on Google Maps (in fact Cimarron development appears somewhere downtown Steamboat Springs, which is completely wrong!), but we are there on Yahoo Maps [note: link will open map in new window] and Mapquest, although all the satellite pictures are many years behind current development of the local area.
The home is about two minutes drive from Highway 40, and if you can find the Steamboat Mountain, of the SKi Gondola base, then you can find your way home to 1939 Cimarron Circle.
