Casual or formal dining?
Our dining table expands to seat 10 comfortably, and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar for casual nibblers. The kitchen is superbly appointed—granite worktops, custom carved slate backsplashes, professional stainless steel appliances. The Viking Turbo-Oven range is a dream for any chef. In addition, there are the chef’s essentials, such as a blender, a slow cooker and many other little extras, like a stocked spice rack, that will make you feel at home in our kitchen.
Cordon-Bleu, or Grill on the Deck?
Out on the deck, there’s a gas grill, and seating for 10 so you can enjoy casual dining on a beautiful Steamboat evening too without the noise of traffic or the next table at a restaurant. The deck is on the second floor, so the view of the mountain is as good as it gets.
